LLK Tester — automated test equipment for load-lock modules

Problem
Field issues on load-lock (LLK) units called for automated functional testing of every unit before shipment, at the manufacturer and at the supplier, with one GUI for configuration, execution and reporting.
Solution
A Beckhoff PLC / EtherCAT test station in a 19-inch rack, with operator, diagnostic and admin modes, part-number-mapped test suites, and JSON/PDF/XLSX reports — delivered through PDR, CDR and FDR with a nine-document qualification package.

WHS Repeatability Tester — X/Y stage validation before deployment

Problem
Stage behaviour varied even within a production batch, and verification relied on manual inspection and inconsistent reporting — costly re-tuning, weak supplier evaluation and no traceable history.
Solution
A purpose-built tester around a 300 mm MetroCal calibration wafer and ACS motion control that traverses an 11×11 grid, captures movement profiles with an external high-resolution sensor, and produces traceable PDF/Excel reports with heatmaps and per-unit CSV data.
